From inside the app
Checkpoint64 has a feedback form built in. A report filed there becomes a thread you can follow: replies show up against your report, and you can read the whole conversation under Settings → Feedback in the app. If you have linked your Discord account, replies also arrive as a DM. This is the fastest route for anything involving a specific save, because the report carries the context we need.

/requestgamein Discord, or the in-app request form, adds it to the queue for a built-in preset. Any game that writes saves to a folder already works — a preset just removes the folder hunting. - GitHub — release notes and downloads at github.com/checkpoint64/checkpoint64/releases.
Security disclosure
Email security@checkpoint64.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Please give us a reasonable window to ship a fix before publishing. We do not run a paid bounty programme, and we will not take legal action against anyone who reports in good faith, avoids privacy violations and service degradation, and does not access or modify other people's save data.
Postal address and legal identity
Checkpoint64 is the trading name of Adam Meadows, a sole trader established in the United Kingdom. It is not a registered company.
A postal address is available on request — email privacy@checkpoint64.com and we will provide it, for example if you need to serve notice or supply our details to the ICO. It is not published here because it is a private residence.
